At Picnic Blanket Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new accessories. If your piece isn't quite the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original gift box and mailer to ensure it arrives back to our studio in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
