Introducing our Picnic Cord Necklaces! An adjustable tied cord necklace, with central handcrafted glass pendant! 

Every Picnic Blanket piece is lovingly designed and handcrafted completely in-house and perfectly finished in our Lancashire jewellery studio.

Our Lampwork Process

Every individual glass charm is delicately formed by hand in our flame, reaching temperatures of 800°C before soaking in the warm glow of our kiln for over 8 hours, to ensure strength and longevity.

Every charm is then carefully released from the mandrel, washed, cleaned, reamed and polished, all by hand. Before finally making their way to our jewellery studio, ready to be made into something dreamy.

With the whole process taking several days to complete, each handcrafted piece is truly made to be treasured.

Please Note

As all Picnic Blanket glass jewellery is always handmade to order, we kindly request that you allow 1-3 weeks for your charms to be created and the final jewellery piece to be finished. 

Due to the handmade nature of this piece, no two pieces are perfectly identical and therefore very minor variations in the beads shown may occur.
